Yael is a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology in the adult clinical track at the University of Haifa. As part of her doctoral research, she is interested in studying the unique pattern by which people tend to synchronize with different people in their lives on a variety of objective measures. She is also interested in whether the pattern in which patients tend to synchronize with significant people in their lives is replicated by the therapist in the treatment room and whether this pattern can change after effective treatment. After lab hours, Yael works with patients from Ma’ale HaCarmel Hospital as a psychologist in training.
