Karin finished her BA inKarin Shabbat psychology and Human Resources at the University of Haifa. She was a research assistant in her third year in Prof. Sigal Zilcha-Mano’s psychotherapy lab. Her job in the lab was coding and analysis of the ruptures of the therapeutic alliance, and she was head of at the coding team. Between her interests: the systemic approach, integrating between the interaction of Biological and Psychological processes, seeing the influence of the therapeutic alliance as an important and meaningful component of these interactions. Additionally, Karin works as a rehabilitation counselor in a mental youth hostel.
